STUBBORN
STUBBORN Consulting is a social justice initiative that advocates for the interests, recognitiona and rights of marginalized people and raises awareness about discriminatory structures and colonial continuities. STUBBORN promotes diverse, equitable and inclusive structures that reflect and dismantle mentioned historical and social continuities through consulting, counseling, and trainings for and with various stakeholders. This work with educators, schools, NGOs, NPOs, volunteers and political players also includes lectures, key note speeches, and panels.

Public Speaker, Consultant & Trainer
Angelo Camufingo is a public speaker on anti-racism and education, a DEIS (diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice) trainer, and a consultant. He also publishes articles on racism, racialized emotions, and European colonialism. His current research focuses are social-emotional learning, anti-racist education in schools, and auto-ethnographic work on racism, emotions, and colonial continuities. He is the founder of STUBBORN Consulting and currently a member of the Diversity Audit steering committee at the University of Potsdam.
Previously, he also worked in the anti-racism department and later in the education policy & teaching department of the student committee at the University of Potsdam.
